Negotiation and Influence Skills
Negotiation is a process of working out agreements with others for the purpose of getting one's interests met.
While all of us negotiate at some level almost every day of our lives, very few of us have a good understanding of how to negotiate effectively. This workshop provides you with a clear and simple process to following; first in preparing for, and then in conducting a negotiation. The principles taught will help insure the best outcomes for yourself while maintaining or even improving your relationship with the other party.
Facilitated by Tim Lybarger, founder and Board Chair of Encore NEO and Principal of the training and development firm Dream Door Enterprises, this interactive workshop condenses many of the key insights Tim has picked up over his 25 years of corporate and private practice experience.
