5th Annual A Walk in Their Shoes Awareness Walk

“You never know someone until you walk in their shoes.”

This year 1 in 31 children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). 

To raise awareness and to celebrate the individuals in our lives with autism, the Perry Service Learning student volunteers that volunteer at Footprints Center for Autism have planned “A Walk in Their Shoes”. This will be a 1-mile awareness walk, followed by activities including a bake sale, raffle baskets, games, and more! All proceeds raised through this event will go towards Footprints Center for Autism.
