Spiritual Integration Book Club ~ Madison Public Library

Are you on the spiritual path and searching for ways to implement the practices into your everyday life?  We will be getting together with like-minded people to read and discuss practical ways to integrate Spiritual Practices into our lives on a daily basis. 

We will begin by having Marisa Lapish here with a book discussion for her new book To Love Anyway.   The book needs to be purchased by participants ahead of the class, and please plan to attend both sessions of this discussion.

Session 1 (1/31/24) at 5 pm - Marisa's back story; haiku basics; the meaning of kokoru; theme of to love anyway; specific practical integration of life circumstances and haiku as spiritual practice; Q and A

Session 2 (2/7/24) at 5 pm- Selected haiku from my book with their back story and spiritual integration; time to learn to craft their own haiku and share with the group along with their back story; embodied spiritual practice of haiku to love anyway and bring love received from God to neighbors.
