Save the date for an event specifically designed for women in business, with a focus on empowerment and self-care. Speakers include Kari Craig, owner, Kare Pelvic Health, Concord Township, and Courtney Gravens, medical director at the Lake County Free Clinic, and a nurse practitioner. Courtney will be using some guided imagery in her remarks about stress management. Kari will speak on understanding the role of the pelvic floor throughout a woman's lifespan. Enjoy simple chair yoga, and Morris Chiropractic will offer chair massage.
