Born and raised in the Cleveland, my passion has always been community and who I could help. So, after attending a local community college to obtain my LPN — my first steps into my healthcare career spans more than 15 years across diverse clinical settings. From long-term care to acute care and beyond, I poured my heart into every patient I touched; But over time after sending my son off to college, a quiet calling grew louder. I began to notice the moment care ended at the door — patients discharged into uncertainty, loved ones left to navigate transportation without a steady, compassionate hand or reliability. I then made a bold and purposeful decision: to leave the bedside and get behind the wheel. Not simply as a driver, but as a nurse who drives — truly understanding what riders need and shows up with the dignity, attentiveness, and care they deserve. That decision became Elite Xpress, and it has been a complete pleasure to serve my community.
