We also support the business community by offering free training for Chamber members focused on practical, real-world skills. These sessions include de-escalation techniques, mental health awareness, and recognizing when someone may need support.

In addition, we help connect businesses to local substance use and mental health treatment resources—for employees, co-workers, or family members. Our goal is to ensure businesses feel prepared, employees feel supported, and help is available when it’s needed most.
