After being in Public School Transportation for over 20 years, I retired from my Director position with Solon City Schools, and opened a Food Truck! I have always had a second job in the restaurant industry, and a secret wish to own a little cafe'. A food Truck was the perfect option! I do not portray m y business as Gourmet, but as Comfort. The Bus Stop offers Great Grilled Cheese with a variety of options, PBJ's made in so many ways, and a variety of Sausages, as our daily lunch options. We are a rolling kitchen, which gives us the ability to transform our menu into just about anything our customers want. (Assuming, I have the culinary talent for the dish) I work hard to keep ingredients at a high standard and costs low.
