PSA, June 19, 2026 I hope this warning will save someone the headaches I’ve experienced over the past couple weeks. On June 3, 2026 a Facebook notification indicated an unknown person to me had accepted my Friend request. I went to the New Friend profile to see the person, I guess, was from the Middle East. This person’s profile displayed the FB button to “Unfriend” which I clicked. That’s when all this started.
